What is your typical turn- around time?

As always, it depends on the type of work and how much we already have in-house. We will make every attempt to meet your turn-around time, however, we try to return small orders in 24-48 hours.  Please contact David Marrow our Shop Manager at David@RiteServices.com for quotes.

How much lead time is required on a service?

David Marrow our Shop Manager will be happy to work with you on scheduling so that not only is your work in our shop in time for us to work with it efficiently, it isn’t sitting here waiting on us.

How do you issue Certifications?

We understand the importance of written certifications so that you can move forward with your product so as soon as the testing is complete, the certification is issued so that you can move forward with your product. Delivery of the certificate can be by e-mail (pdf) or printed copy.
