New Year’s Day – January 1st

Memorial Day – Last Monday in May

Independence Day – July 4th

Labor Day – First Monday in September

Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday in November

Thanksgiving Friday

Christmas Day – December 25.

Should the holiday fall on a weekend, the holiday “observed” will be the closest business day available to it (i.e. the holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be “observed” on the Friday prior.) If you are unsure, please contact your supervisor.

Vacation must be used by December 31.  

Employees are not allowed to carry over vacation to the following year without written approval.
